Guidelines for Paper Submission
Ensure compliance with the guidelines for a successful submission.
Submission Guidelines
Original, unpublished research papers with a minimum length of 10 standard pages (1 page = 2500 characters) are invited.
- Formatting: Papers must follow the CEURART style (1-column format). Template available in ZIP.
- Submission Platform: Papers must be submitted online via Microsoft CMT. Submit Here.
- Review Process: Submissions undergo a peer-review process based on originality, significance, and clarity.
- Publication Criteria: Only papers with original content and novel research results will be considered.
Author Agreement
Authors must select the appropriate agreement variant before submission.
- AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (NTP): For papers without any copyrighted third-party material.
- AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (TP): For papers that include copyrighted material. Authors must attach permission from the copyright holder.
Plagiarism Policy
Papers must be checked for plagiarism using licensed software such as Turnitin or iAuthenticate. The similarity index should not exceed 15%.
- Self-plagiarism or direct copying is strictly prohibited.
- Proper citations must be provided for any referenced work.
- Content should be reworded instead of directly copying text from sources.
- Prior permission must be obtained for using copyrighted material.
